School Fees Loans will offer education loans to members of the CFI for their children education and themselves if they want to study at tertiary. The loan will be paid direct to the institution except for uniforms and books which will be paid direct to the member. Invoice Financing offers members of the CFI that have been awarded tenders or deals to supply products or services will be awarded an invoice financing advance. This advance will be to make sure that the member has sufficient funds to execute the deal. Enterprise Loan will be used to finance business start-ups or small survivalist businesses. Property Maintenance or Refurbishment loans will be a loan given to members to do renovations to their homes, maintain them or expand them. Home Loans will be loans offered to members that want to buy, improve or expand their homes.
